I honestly believe it depends on the type of boat, if it's any form of rowboat you don't actually need one, but if it's motorized most likely yes. Since the latter is a motor vehicle, in the water. My MIL was a hot air balloon pilot. Not only did she need a license, she had to renew it yearly, and was subject to drug screening. When she got cancer, she couldn't take her pain medication if she wanted to fly. It makes me happy she was able to fly during her last year. I never got to go up with her, but I've flown as a kid. I'm not the biggest fan of heights anymore (I'm 6'2", I'm far enough off the ground as it is) You rock, mom! 🕊️

7:18 I used to just skip all the cutscenes when I was younger because I just wanted to get to the gameplay. This never had any impact on the gameplay itself but it made the levels feel more disconnected than they should have been (for example: "wait why am I fighting this character", "where am I why am I here", "who's this") but I was still able to play the game. If I remember correctly, the "Money doesn't buy happiness" comes from the idea that increasing income/savings ends up with diminishing returns on mental state once you reach a certain threshold. It has since been co-opted by the rich and their cronies to try and mean "You should be happy with your lot in life and stop complaining." Essentially it's progressed from being a caution on excessive wealth to being away to hoard wealth amongst the few.
