Sir walking is difficult in rainy and winter seasons . We can do walking only march to mid june. I am taking about those who prefer to do Parks, grounds. Consistency may miss. Risk of accidents are High, while gym trademill can be done every day consistently. Remaining time we can spend out side for rest.
