Ye, reminds me about the girl I knew (she was older then me, and I'm 22 :/) when I had to explain to her about sonmething really obvious. You see, we were in a cafe. The place was closing. So, the staff asked us to leave. I stood up to leave and was like, 'Ok, cya another time, thanks for letting us know.' I stood up and grabbed my bag, but the girl stayed in place and said 'why do I have to leave?' I'm like 'Dude, they're closing.' 'Why arn't they staying open for me?' I tried to explain to her that people needed to go home, and that they couldn't have customers in the room when they do end of day on the till (I worked in retail before). 'They're selfish! Why work in a cafe if you just want to go home?' I tried to explain to her that people worked because they needed money. I used the example of a bottle of milk costing £1.40. 'It's selfish! Asking for money is selfish! They should all just work for charity.' I'm like, dude, you need money to live. 'Why don't people live off benefits?' I'm like, the people who work and pay taxes pay for your benefits, as does what her mum earns through her hard work (the mum works in the NHS). I also tried to explain that not everyone could get benefits, so they needed to work. She continued to fail to understand why people asked for wages when they worked and why keeping cafe staff late from going home was bad. It was only later during a futuology lecture that the lecturer talked about the political system and predictions for how the political system will affect the future, that she seemed to start to understand the things we had been trying to explain to her for months. Something I learned, never doubt the potental for stupidity in humanity. They will always exceed your expectations.

The store I work tries to make sure that people aren't filming in the store. They can take pictures and selfies, so long as no other customers or employees are in the photos, but no filming, period. And people, namely teens, are confused by this notion. Like "why am I not allowed to film in public? Like, it's a public space." As for that sheen that's just the protective layer of plastic to cover the decal. A reason you can tell that is a bag and not an actual plastic shield is by not looking any further than the thumbnail. It's clearly folded inward where the light is reflecting, that's why the reflection is centered in the one spot and not a large light streak across the whole thing.
