I just find it strange and confusing that he would use donating some money to charity as a threat. (After all, donations to charity give the rich huge tax breaks.) Early in the video Charlie says she makes like $2million a week. What kind of threat is "I'm gonna burn less than half a week's profits on some charity for pigeons"? Why would that scare her? She would make it back with interest instantly. Why would $750k make them unable to make a downpayment if she's making so much every month? Even if he wanted half her money or something, she makes millions, surely cutting him loose would still be preferable.
