🟢材料:
絞碎豬肉300克
嫩豆腐600克
蔥 適量
匙糖1茶
蠔油、生抽、老抽 適量
鹽、油、芝麻油、胡椒粉、生粉水 適量
🟢步驟:
1️⃣ 將絞碎豬肉加入少許胡椒粉、蠔油、生抽、老抽、鹽、1茶匙糖、生粉水及油醃製15分鐘。
2️⃣ 豆腐放入蒸鍋中以大火蒸5分鐘,然後將豆腐水倒掉或留作勾芡。
3️⃣ 熱鍋下油,將醃製好的豬肉碎爆炒至熟,勾芡,撒入蔥花和麻油翻炒均勻,淋上豆腐面即可。
📌營養小知識:
豆腐是由黃豆、黑豆、綠豆、白豆、或豌豆去殼磨成漿,加入鹽滷或石膏製作而成,含有8種人體必需的胺基酸、蛋白質、不飽和脂肪酸、卵磷脂、大豆異黃酮及多種微量元素,營養豐富。
🟢Ingredients:
Minced pork - 300g
Silken tofu - 600g
Spring onions - as needed
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Oyster sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce - as needed
Salt, oil, sesame oil, white pepper powder, cornstarch water - as needed
🟢Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Marinate the minced pork with white pepper powder, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, 1 tsp sugar, cornstarch water, and some oil for 15 minutes.
2️⃣ Place the tofu in a steamer and steam over high heat for 5 minutes. Then, pour out the tofu water and reserve it for thickening.
3️⃣ Heat up some oil in a wok, stir-fry the marinated minced pork until cooked, thicken with cornstarch water, then add spring onions and sesame oil, stir-fry evenly. Pour the mixture over the tofu and serve.
📌Nutrition Tips:
Tofu is made by grinding hulled soybeans, black beans, mung beans, white beans, or peas into a paste, which is then mixed with bittern or gypsum, pressed into blocks produce the final product. It contains 8 essential amino acids, protein, unsaturated fatty acids, lecithin, soy isoflavones, and various trace elements, making it a nutritious food.
