Agree, but easy enough to do yourself. Everything the manufacturer does has to be reflected in the price. As is, this blade is a really good value.

Meh, love the knife, but not impressed with these handles. I have all the other styles, the blade itself is a winner for a workhorse knife.

I got this exact style in a mystery prototype grab bag the other day. It's a neat looking handle. It's not as slippery as I was expecting it to be. I haven't put it through the paces, so not sure I how I feel about the handle yet. Like you said, the knife itself is awesome.
