Not sure if you ever figured it out but its that little fuel thing off to the left side. They just do that sometimes, idk if it means it needs to be replaced but mine does the same and it hasn’t caused me any harm

I was gonna say the tensioner but you’ve replaced that. Mine makes the same noise but goes when my clutch is pressed so mine is the clutch release bearing x

Thanks for this comment, had a tapping sounds while revving the engine, seen this comment and pressed the clutch while revving and the tapping went away. Expensive fix?

@@C0ST3LL0 hey 👋 I was told by the garage it won’t need doing until my clutch goes. And basically just live with it until is does. They said it won’t cause any harm and would be pointless changing it beforehand x

You’ve just diagnosed something the garages haven’t been able to - with a couple saying I need to replace my clutch.. I ignored them and 10,000 miles later I’m still on the same clutch. Thank you! I will just live with it until the clutch does go! Fingers crossed for another 10k!

Time chain tencioner parts goes for 36$ had the same problem and sound 30minutes of labour

Sounds like gravel. Supercharger gears are ground.. change the SC, it's too late for oil

Pulley doesn’t have a bearing on the supercharger pulley.

@@ericwallace1470 it’s push fit so it’s impossible to have one on the pulley. It would be bolted in like idler pulleys if it had a bearing in it.

Tensioner, timing guides and pulley need to be changed all at once on this piece of 💩 car.... bmw/Chrysler unwanted child!!! BMW could've 1 of the legendary cars out there but instead they team up with Chrysler on the engine and this is the outcome !!!!
