Yes, in carnatic music, there is a single raag Hamsanandi with the same scale. In Hindustani music, 3 ragas exist, Marwa, Sohini and Puriya with the same swaras. However, I believe, it is the emphasis on notes (Vaadi - Samvaadi), that makes a world of difference.
