You have such a mastery of the craft. Do you have any suggestions as to what kind of paper is best for copic markers? I've had some issues before of paper bleeding or "pulping" even though they are stated for multimedia works (inks, watercolors, etc.) Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your kind words. I generally use a 180GSM watercolour paper but I have used a heavy cartridge as well before. Its hard to suggest a specific paper because in each country they are different and the brands are different but if you experiment with smaller pieces of paper before you commit to a big piece then you should find what works for you fairly easily. Remember tool that a new Copic might bleed because its full of ink, whereas an older pen is not as prone to bleeding.

After the rendering in grey markers. What do you do to add color? Is it paint or more colored markers?

Hi Last Jedi I think mark then paints a complete sepia tone using gouache over the entire peace. I have seen Him do this before. Also I have sen him paint the tones aswell in sepia.
