I know Edwin well and used to work for him back on the Misguided Roses Tour, AKA The Hosing Down the Monkey Tour, summer of 1998, doing onstage sound with my main man Philip Ducker at FOH. He’s a great guy and a hell of a lot of fun. That summer was when his hit song was being sung by thousands of people at his shows all over the US. I do t care who you are that will give you goosebumps. We had a hell of a lot of fun that summer. Did I mention that we had fun, and it was summer, and all over, and, wait, I pleads the fiffith. We had fun.

There are always some cool cars and interesting stories on this channel. Rob is a great story teller. I have always been interested in classic cars. My interest in cars is just way higher than the interest in my bank account.

Don't think because you don't have a big bank account. That you still can't afford a classic car. Sure they are not going to be the most desirable or perfect vehicles. But you can still find decent nice classic cars. For less than 10k all day long. You can easily get something like a c3/c4 corvette, mustang, camaro, mini truck, sidekick/mini jeep, capri, rx7, corivair, and other cars and trucks. And if you have another vehicle for your daily driver? You can get classic/collectors auto insurance. So insurance will cost less than $500 a yr(if you have a decent driving record). So for less than the price of a brand new Honda Civic. You can drive a late model used car. And a classic car to drive on the weekends

There’s still deals out there to be had, just takes a lot of luck at the right time. Plus being able to do mechanical, body and interior work yourself is a great way to save money.

Doing the work to the car is not a problem. I'm just not in a position right now to buy a classic. I am trying to sell my house so I can move closer to work. I drive 100 miles a day. My current house does not have a garage or a decent shop. When I make the move the shop will be built first,then the house. I have my priorities in order.

Those are some good stories! I love Corvairs! They are so fun and underrated! If it was indeed a Spyder, then you could have just checked the tach, to see if it was still running! I've had a Chevelle, Porsche, Rolls Royce Corniche, ect., honk and give me the thumbs up in my Corvairs! I hauled a Honey Bucket (porta-potty) in one of my Rampsides! A fun twist was hauling Corvair parts home in a Corvette!

I need some help rob, or anyone in the comments with knowledge. I recently put a down payment on a charger r/t. It’s a 2021 with 14k miles. Clean title. Looks brand new but not mentioned a dent on front left quarter, some moisture in the left headlamp and the carbon vinyl stripes are peeling a bit. I put a down payment on it with the written agreement the issues on the front left would be fixed. Later the seller (dealer) said he doesn’t know that they can fix the stripes and it also comes with one key. He claims they would charge me a ton for the second to be made. Also they haven’t received the title yet so I’m waiting on that. Am I stuck with this agreement or are they obligated to fix the stripes and make me a second key? Can I back out because of these issues and get back my deposit? I feel I’m being had by the salesman now and don’t know the laws on the matter. Any help from anyone would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance to all.
