For the coughing: Boswellia. It really helped my friends and me with various aspects of catching cold (and Corona). לבונה in Hebrew. I myself grind it, and mixes 1/2 spoon of the powder with a spoon of honey, and eat it along a day. And... Thank you for another wonderful heart warming inspiring lesson!
