I like bosses where getting gear over time makes it easier. That’s a better progression than just waiting for blizzard to nerf it so I can do it. I raid only heroic and that type of progression feels so much better than nerfs that make bosses fall over.

Luckily for you that's how this season is going to be. RWF guilds are like 15 ilvls below what's possible this season and there's a stacking buff that'll kick in after 4 weeks that'll make us stronger in the raid too so blizzard likely won't nerf anywhere near as much as they have in previous tiers.

The problem is that guilds outside of RWF easily killed the first 4 bosses and now are just forced to afk because Broodtwister and Kyveza are so overtuned for current gear. You just can’t have big jumps in difficulty like this.

@@goodthings7317 So you think Blizzard intends for the first 4 bosses to be super easy to kill in the first week, but the fifth and sixth are borderline impossible without another 3-4 weeks of gear? It’s possible they intend that, but that would be really dumb of them and obviously does not track onto how they have designed raids up to this point

Amazing job so far by blizzard tbh. Classes are really balanced, great boss tuning, bosses requiring different comps, banger bosses already, a good sensible nerf to ky’veza. W Blizzard

Classes aren't really that balanced though are they? There are some specs that are such insane outliers that it makes every other spec feel bad.

I hardcore disagree, tuning is bad. Raid and class tuning. We are in a situation where the difficulty jump from Rashanan to Brood/Kyveza is so large that almost every single guild that has killed Rashanan is just doing M+ during their raid hours because it would be a waste of time to pull Broodtwister or Kyveza.

@@bayazwow you have a point with the tuning of the first few bosses. It should be more linear towards broodtwister. But I don’t see a problem with mythic guilds not being able to kill boss 5 in week one of mythic, when world best guilds are proging boss 6. It is just awesome to watch rwf guilds do these bosses on not just blast through the first 6 bosses

As for all the others complaining about class balance. I don’t care how you “feel” about class tuning. If you look at data you will see how balanced it actually is. ST sims are really close from top to bottom. Like 10% aprox. If you look at M+ data. 95% of classes are inside 10% overall on 90th percentile logs last week. Don’t get baited by augmented details dps

Im surprised no one has really mentioned how stamina is scaled this expansion. Every item level on gear is such a great stamina increase compared to other stats its insane. Thats why those mechanics feel like theyre one shotting players, its because its scaled for higher ilvl.

Stamina scaling is the same as it has been for years, 15% geometric scaling no per 15 ilvls like other primary stat. They increased the amount of stamina on all gear equally going into tww so we have larger health pools compared to healing/dmg being done but the % scaling is the same per ilvl

I hope this raid doesn't get the smolderon effect. Having such a difficulty wall was really discouraging to guilds last tier. Hopefully the nerfs are well timed.

We get the stacking buff over time and about 15 ilvls more than liquid has so nerfs won't really be needed anywhere near as much this tier.

They both do, Max even talked on stream about how even if you'd like to see more as a viewer they both play to win and it would be insane to always stream if you think you might find out something very useful about the fight that the other team can use to jump ahead of you

I still think they tuned the boss hp to the damage they were doing on previous bosses. Problem is there isn't any cleave on this boss due to it being single target.

They tried strategy than could win them a lot of time, if it didn't worked thats totaly ok. Just remind you that they don't have to stream any progression, and could have some advantage, but now we have good show, i appreciate that

Also trying their own strat was kinda free, line they can go dark try out their strat and see if it could be better. In casenit isnt they can always swap to liquids. Also one strat might be to the strength of one team but isnt for the other and without trying new things u never have innovation
