RACEONLY IGN1A upgrade - RX-7 makes more POWER everywhere!

In this video we upgrade from the stock ignition system to Raceonly's IGN1A kit then head back to Raceonly to run it up on the dyno. I got more than i bargained for and we went for a ride in the fastest car i have sat in to date... a 1000hp RX-7. It was NUTS.

Thanks for the update, glad that everything got sorted out in the end, I think a wiring video would be cool. I personally would find it interesting to see the differences between what's required for Twins vs single T, would also be a good chance to make sure everything is in good condition. Keep it up loving the content.

I feel inlove with with Rotors when I was 15. Hehe Jumped into a mates 12A turbo 808 Sedan. The whine, G's and blowoff valve noises had me hooked. 😅 Downside? EVERYTHING will smell like fuel 😅

12A turbo yummmm There's a certain tone about the 12A which cannot be replicated by a 13b. Haha yes i think that's part of living with a rotary haha the smell and the smoke. Luckily for me my neighbours don't see to mind !

@@JCYT yeah i have a B16a2 N/A now and everyone talks about VTEC under boost or just N/A and it just doesnt compare. 😅 Or maybe im just biased. I get what u mean about the tone tho. Hehe

Hey man, I have a fd rx7 and live in nz. I been watching your videos. Sick build bro. My car has similar mods. But not quite as nice as yours. I’m in the process of making my own loom for ign1a coils. I mounted the the same place as you have. My question is what ignition leads did u use. As the must be pretty short. And also is it hard to access the your spark plugs to service them with the coils mounted to the chassis way

Hey mate sorry for the slow reply Thanks for letting me know! These are custom ignition leads as part of Raceonly's IGN1A kit. You can make your own with the plug ends and rated plug wires.
