Yes, you're absolutely right. 'I Feel love' in 1977 and 'The Chase' from the movie Midnight Express in 1978 were the two big Giorgio Moroder masterpieces with that futuristic electronic sound that had never been heard before when they were released. Also, I'll never forget the first time I heard Donna Summer's 'Now I Need you', one of her lesser known songs produced by Giorgio Moroder. That song is from her 1977 album 'Once Upon A Time.' 'Now I Need You' also had that unique sound.

The red circle in the center doesnt make sense. When it lits up with just one or two of the other circles, you hear vocals but when all the circles (including the red one) are lit up, the vocals are not present.

I won't pretend it wasn't Daft Punk that led me to Moroder, but is that such a bad thing? Their track ''Giorgio by Moroder'', was brilliant I thought. It was respectful to the original artist, and put together in a way that highlighted the hallmarks of his own style, era by era. It also educated a whole new generation about the existence of artists like Giorgio and their contributions to music.
