Your correct Weege, i was at the AusxOpen last week and I think the love they got from everyone drove home the difference they have been feeling in the USA. Having said that, I was at the Denver Supercross and as an Aussie I thought most of the crown were very respectful & positive to both Jett and Hunter.

I've been watching and following SX and MX since the 70s, and I still can't wait for the season to start. I've been going back and watching SX races on Peacock from 2021 just to get warmed up. Jett took Deegs rout by saying the 💩 talkers motivate him to ride and train harder. But the brothers kinda rub me the wrong way at times like the Australia deal. We know Jett will be tough to beat, but I hope he gets challenged.

I really enjoyed your comments. So pumped for A1 now. You talked a lot about the stacked 450 field last year. Well, I reckon its even better this year. Prado,Jett,Hunter,Chase,Eli, and Justin. That’s just the new generation of rider I believe. I think it has something to do with kids today growing up more educated about bike setups and moto dads trying to dial things in more and more with KZbin and all the resources available online now it’s easier to get in your own head and blame setup or bike when you should probably look inward. Older generations just rode the bikes a lot more and did not complain as much because they did not know any better. Riders now get paid by championship bonuses more than ever and are not wanting to push the envelope when they are not comfortable like James would. James even said all he cared about was winning the next race and did not care about the championship partly because they had much better contracts in the form of lump sums and not as much was tied into bonuses. Had that been the case I am sure more of those guys would have slowed down and had a championship mindset. Just a different type of racing and rider which for the health of the field it’s probably a better way to go about it but less exciting in some ways.

People talk about wanting genuine personality and less professional facade in the sport, but depending on who shows it will give different reactions. Jett does/says anything that could possibly be interpreted in a negative way, it gets twisted and generates hate. Deegan can say literally whatever he likes and everyone cheers. Feels very double standard. Sad to see that what could have potentially been a vibrant guy in the scene get hated back into just getting his win and leaving after giving the PR response

If the Promoters cared even a little about the Riders well being they could elevate the level of safety like most other motorsports have done over the years. Replace the tough blocks and do something about the concrete around the track that the riders land on. The Riders/Teams need to organize into a group to present the issues and force some changes.

@@doglover136_ happens to every rider, James Stewart used to do dances after race wins and do the worm and was always charismatic and happy, and as time went on he looked more serious and more drained, it's a burnout sport. With social media it's worse now, the amount of people blowing up his social media with shitty comments especially as of late, with controversy that he may or may not have direct involvement in, the social media part may end up being the worst part of the sport or athletes moving forwards.

The Lawrence Brothers shouldn’t have had Jason Anderson or Hayden Deegan band from the Australian Supercross opener. That’s chicken shit and they’ll always get booed for it! they didn't ban them, Cooksey made that shit up for a title, Kawasaki wasn't going to go anyways because he rides for Kawasaki and they don't do side races, and Deegan's could have showed up and raced it, they just wouldn't have received the promotional incentive since tickets had sold out. From now till then, there has been zero proof of Deegan's being "banned". I do wish someone from that camp would clarify things though, I wouldn't be surprised if Lawrence's have involvement in that race and get paid in the backend, but Deegan was not banned, financial incentive was just revoked, we don't know the full story beyond this.

It is very well documented, and unfortunately, the KZbin channels that state they are sponsored by Honda brought to you by a Honda. Don’t ask the questions during interview interviews with the Lawrence’s and don’t even bring up the topic. It really seems like Hunter Biden is in charge of media coverage for Supercross. From what I gather Anderson/Kawasaki didn’t intend on going anyways, and Deegan was never actually banned, but he was denied the 6 figure promotional money, or it was revoked or something. I don’t know, that’s why I want legitimate information.
