What is really wrong with him ..he could have waited to initiate the break up when they get to US ? I see some mental issues going on with him ?.plus he could have taken her to the airport after the break up ..that is so.inconsiderate to let her go by herself. That is lack of empathy ..I think she is kind caring .sensitive...romantic etc ..while he seems the opposite ..kind of incompatible...She should have stood up for herself long time ago ..I feel she was manipulated. Covert abuse. There doesn't have to be physical abuse in a relationship for it to be abuse. Him flipping it on her as if this is her fault, she did nothing wrong. It's easy for outsiders to look and say well if he hadn't proposed in 4 years he was never going to but she loved him and he was leading her on, she believed him and she had a right to believe the words he was saying. He did her the biggest favor by breaking up with her I hope in time she'll realize that. He's selfish and doesn't care about anyone other than him and no woman is going to be "marriage material" for him. I bet he'll be 50 and still single. Nothing wrong with being single if that's what you want but there's something wrong with leading people on, covert abuse, and manipulation. I hope Rachel takes plenty of time for herself, enjoys time with family and friends, and takes a long break from dating to heal from this.
