Simple. She makes more money than him. She’s the face of their relationship and her net worth is over $1 million dollars the majority of which was likely acquired during their marriage so he will likely also claim that he is entitled to some of her assets if he has not already. I saw this coming (TMI files from the podcast with Van) She said they went on a retreat/vacation and didn't have s"x the whole time. I said oop they're on a downward trend. I thought since they took their time and didn't get married right after the show, they had a better chance...but I guess not. Good luck to both.

Any spouse has the right to ask for spousal support but for 4 years of marriage alimony wont be paid for a long time (likely a few years). It depends.
