Snow White actress, Rachel Zegler is caught up in another Disney drama as Bob Iger makes a few significant changes to the upcoming live-action movie. It appears things aren’t going the way she planned and these changes just further prove that.
Now, one of the recent issues Disney is having is with Rachel Zegler, the actress who plays the role of Snow White in the Snow White live-action remake scheduled for 2025, and her team really. So, it’s a battle between Zegler and her team versus Iger and the executives of the Walt Disney Company.
And as expected, it is all tied to the live-action remake and all the backlash it has attracted since it was first announced...

So im Mexican, i grew up with Disney movies. I even remember concerts on Disney channel. Those were the days. Now I definitely wont be watching the little mermaid or Snow White. These race changes are dumb and should never have happen. Especially in the snow white remake. Her name is literally SNOW WHITE she should be white Period.

Thank you! I'm Black, I read Aschenputtel - "Cinderella" and other Grimm Brothers collected stories, to my siblings when we were little. These stories are old Saxon folktales set in cold countries. They did NOT have Brown people, period! There is nothing wrong with tradition, or traditionalists.

Old Hollywood knew the trick, Keep your stars seen ONLY on film! By letting her open her BIG mouth all over town, any time anyone sees her, they are going to think of all the foolish things she said. NOT the role she is trying to pull off! When you find a piece of moldy food in the refrigerator it is time to toss it out, there is no saving it... Disney keeps trying to polish that mold away and pretend the meat is still good! It is just going to poison everyone!

People go to the movies to be entertained not to have politics shoved down their throat. Movie theatres are losing out to steaming services already. At least with streaming services, you have the option to watch old material that focuses more on entertainment rather than politics. Get a clue already. People are not spending their money on things like this that should be a massive hint of their opinion. Every good business follows the money, but clearly, they have forgotten that fact.

2:58 And whatever thread of interest I might have had in this movie is gone. 4:57 What restrain? It was a lack of restraint that started all these problems. If Zegler had kept her mouth shut the only backlash would have been changing the dwarves to magical people and making Snow White (the woman whose skin was white as snow) into a tan-skinned Latina. That would have been fairly simple damage control, especially for Disney. But, instead, Zegler had to insult the original movie (y'know, the movie that STARTED the Disney animated canon) and piss off potential viewers.

You know what would be GREAT to do for snow white if you wan tto make all of these changes? dont name of snow white... dont use the story line of Snow white. dont say you are going to cast an element and write it our of the script cause it's a stalker. Snow White isn't even a damsel in distress. When she's ousted from her birthright, she doesn't wait for a rescuer; she offers her services to the dwarves and builds a new life for herself. The only time she waits passively is when she's in a coma.
