Hi Rachel, Thank you for another amazing video. I think you are a very smart woman and taking on some really hard subjects. It's interesting with the Pilates class because you will know the names of the exact areas where you are aching, strengthening and relaxing. Where I live on the shelf in the grocery store, there are usually only two bokchoy. To see piles of it, Vancouver is looking like another Heavenly kingdom. You also seemed Happy, which is nice to see. It is nice being with your Dad, home comfort from the stress of school and just life, besides talking is the best and most rewarding medicine.
