hey rach! im usually a silent sub but as a final year med student i really have to advise you to get your allergies checked. having your lips swallowing and all the other symptoms can quickly turn into an anaphylactic shock. or the next time you have whatever caused your allergy, it may present as you not being able to breath right away. wishing you the best! xx

You need to make an appointment with you’re Gp and get a referral to see a allergy specialist so they can do allergy tests on you to see what you are allergic to. I’m anaphylaxis to a number of things including shellfish I can eat fish but not shellfish and my lips tingle and swell, so this is serious. Don’t eat any seafood until you see on just incase
