After COVID I suffered from really back anxiety about travelling on public transport, to the point where I couldn’t leave my house because I couldn’t even think about catching the bus. After I worked with my psychologist, I figured out something that worked really well for me was not putting myself down about the feeling but accepting that my body was trying to tell me something. The more that I denied the feeling and tried to avoid it by telling myself it was silly to feel anxious, the more anxious I actually became. I hope that you feel better soon and seek help if you need it because feeling less anxious can be so freeing! ❤️

Watching your vlog to calm me down after getting lost in the city. I had a information session/interview thing but I was freaking out and went back home! That was my first time driving in the city too, so it was very stressful. I contacted the place so hopefully we can meet up another time. 😓 But loved the vlog as always! 🥰💖

I have a 10 min nap/meditation then I use green tea matcha, naked harvest pre workout or switch vitality greens xx best of luck. Also maybe get your Dr to do some bloodwork too, could be low iron or low thyroid ♥️

The Marion's kitchen spicy satay is SOO spicy! Usually my bf and I are pretty alright with spice but every time we use it on a stir fry we both forget how spicy it is and just drown the stir fry in rice hahhaa

weird question but what bra are you wearing with the high neck white singlet you have on in the first part of the vid? i’ve got a tonne of those tops and can never find a great bra to wear with them! ta x 🤍
look to the brand of stir fry bottle you're using, marion has a fantastic youtube channel and you will defs find an authentic thai marinade sauce using fresh ingredients.

Sharing two easy Japanese marinades below if you want to try making your own! Teriyaki sauce (Recommended with chicken, salmon or tofu) - Soy sauce 200ml - Mirin 3 tablespoons - White sugar 8 heaped tablespoons - Honey 1 teaspoon Combine all ingredients in a pot. Over a low heat, reduce the mixture slowly without letting it boil. May need to add more sugar (to personal taste). Add 1 teaspoon cornflour to thicken faster if desired. Yakiniku sauce (Recommended with beef strips) - Soy sauce 5 tablespoons - Sugar 2 tablespoons - Mirin 1 tablespoon - Sesame oil 1 teaspoon - Sesame seeds (ground/crushed) 1 teaspoon - Miso paste 1 teaspoon - available from Asian grocers - Tobanjan Japanese chilli bean sauce 1 teaspoon - available from Asian grocers - Shallots 1 stalk finely chopped - Garlic 1 clove minced Combine all ingredients in a bowl. To use as dipping sauce, cook meat without seasoning then dip in the sauce while eating. To use as a marinade, set aside a small amount for dipping or drizzling. Marinate raw meat of choice in remaining sauce for at least 30mins before cooking.
