Thank you so much for getting to the point, and prepping your ingredients early. Nothing is more boring in a food video than watching the cook prep their veggies one a time. If the cook wants to show me how he/she slices her potatoes, fine, but only show me one potato, not six. Love your recipes. They're so family friendly. I know the grandkids will love this casserole.

I made this tonight and it was a huge hit! I used a mozzarella/provolone blend, and some leftover Italian blend cheese. Also, I used a 9 X 13 pan, and wouldn't think of using a smaller one because I think if you go a bit over 8 oz. on the macaroni it wouldn't fit. This is definitely going to be a regular, especially since it would be easy to cut the receipt in half. Thank you!

Ohmygoodness! I made this for tonight’s dinner and it was AWESOME! Since I had to buy a pound of ground beef and a pound of Italian Sausage, I went ahead and cooked it all, saving half for the next time. (I’ll keep it in the freezer until we’re ready.) I did slightly sauté the bell pepper and onion. We like our pizza veggies a bit on the soft side.
