Honestly- dish soap is king!! It solves all the problems. Stains, cleaning, grease, even unclogging toilets I just learned! What can't it do? XD

Love love love this! I finally got my starter to be bubbly & am in the thick of baking all things SD! It’s so fun! I love a good deep clean too. I’ve been wanting to try composting. I have a good herb garden from this summer! I’m sure it would love some nutrients via compost! Thanks for sharing!!!! ✨🤍

I love fall, so x-mas decor comes out Dec 1st in our home. It is nice to have a break and slowly get into the colder months. We don't celebrate thanksgiving here. Don't care for halloween, but it us nice to get a deep cleaning before winter. Our projects are in still mode too...too many things to do 😊

Hi Rachel, good morning. I always love your seasonal reset videos because it helps get my butt in gear. I was wondering if you had an additional fridge/freezer to store all that you freeze? Also being that your living in a more country/rural area with woods around you, do you store flour and other stock items in rodent proof container's and what kind are they? Hard to believe we are just weeks away from the holiday's and I need to get gift shopping and decorating. Have a great week.

Good morning and thank you I love your videos! I would love to have a compost bin inside but I am so afraid of bugs. Do you have any issue with bugs indoors?

I hear you! It has a air tight top, so it doesn't attract bugs from our experience. If left open it will.

So unrelatable. . .were you gifted the freeze dryer and copper pot? If you are trying to earn a commission off links, then gifts/arrangements should be disclosed.
@racheltalbott20 күн бұрын
@@maryw1778 Hey!! Yeh, I understand your perspective, and hear what you’re saying. In all honestly, I definitely have accepted more gifts recently that were of interest for my home/ homestead. I will be slowing down on accepting gifts as I always feel guilty if I don’t give them a shoutout, and I also feel conflicted when I share too many in a row. Lol I usually just agree to share organically at my own discretion, and sometimes I’m given an affiliate link to share. Other times I just give a shoutout to the small business that aligns with the type of content I share. I try to verbally disclose (the first time I share) / disclose in the description items that have been gifted, but I’m always open to adjusting to make it even more transparent.. ❤️ I get that it’s annoying to see too many “sponsored”/ gifted products. It’s a balance I try to work on, but not perfect about it.

@@racheltalbottI don't mind you getting the gifts as it's your job, but the disclosure when they are also linked, a la double-dipping!
