Loving your healthy living content these days as we go into the colder months and cold/flu season. One thing I enjoy doing during those cold winter days is to curl up with a good read. Lovely video as always, I love your routines. How much do you lift in this video in your workout? I do my workout with 2X 8 lb :D , I was thinking the other day if I should increase it to 10 or 12 Lb maximum lol
