I know sweating can feel icky sometimes but it’s honestly really good for you. It’s more of a concern when someone doesn’t sweat. Sweating helps to regulate temperature and cool the body during times of stress. Sweat is also an effective detox pathway for toxins. If we aren’t sweating, then toxins recirculate in our bodies and get backed up. Keep on sweating girl, it’s healthy!

sweating while working out is a blessing!!! great for excreting nasty toxins from ur body! i barely sweat even on heavy leg days, so i have to do cardio after or sauna to get in a good sweat... be grateful u sweat easy for this reason ! lol
