Think about how great it is that you followed your instinct to get fertility help so soon. Many people start trying to conceived much later, and then maybe that would've been too late for you. I have faith that it's gonna work out for you at some point

Wishing you well for the transfer in February! 😊 Don’t stress yourself about the whys of the eggs. No point. Besides, 35 is still so young! I agree with your doctor on the endometriosis. Why cut you open to potentially cause more problems. Some things are better left alone. Enjoy the Christmas season! 🎄

Hi Rachel - just wanted to chime in and say dont be too worried about the nutritionist. I also thought i ate fairly healthy and my nutritionist taught me SO much about how WE have control of our egg quality and even endometriosis. Our diet has a lot to do with how our bodies react. He taught me so much about inflammatory foods and how they cause and inflame endo. I feel 100x better than i used to and cant believe i used to live the way i did. Dont get me wrong, i had to make big lifestyle changes but it changed me for the better and believe if i didnt struggle TTC i would have never come across this new path of life. It even taught me so much about how our wonderful Creator made food to heal our bodies and how man sadly ruined/disguised so much of what we consider "healthy" food. Embrace it best you can. I am type A too so it made me extremely anxious at first but i am so glad i did it.

Egg quality cannot be changed unfortunately. This is due to us being born with all our eggs they don’t regenerate therefore the quality can’t be changed. I was told this at my consultation. We can however create a healthier body for pregnancy. I wish all those trying to conceive sticky baby dust ✨ I hope you all get your dream come true xo
@VeronicaMarce
@VeronicaMarce 7 ай бұрын
@sammisambuca you are correct in saying we are born with all our eggs, but we can 100% change the quality of our eggs (for good or bad). It takes 90 days for our eggs to develop and how you eat and toxins you surround yourself with effect that. I have talked to a few fertility Dr's and other fertility experts and nutritionists regarding this who all agreed. There is a public fertility Dr you can reference on here called Dr. Marc Sklar. He is a well know fertility Dr that speaks about this. I joined his Hope Program which has also been very helpful!

Hi Rachel! Another perspective on the stims (spelling?)… pregnancy/having a baby is such a long journey, the 40 weeks of growing the baby is just really the beginning of it! If you’re interested in breastfeeding or pumping, thats an additional months or year that people try to get to. After having my first I was so shocked at how long it realllllly takes to get your body back (not in a vanity/physique way but as in hormones, what you can eat while breastfeeding, etc.) I’d ask your doctor the time frame of how quickly after birth you can go through another round, how it affects breastfeeding etc. Wishing you and AJ all the best!

IVF mama here and the journey is such a rollercoaster. It’s just wild how it can be so exciting and so disappointing all with days/weeks. It sounds like your doc is crossing all the t’s and dotting all the i’s with the extra testing. Ultimately everything is going to happen according to God’s plan but it’s still nice to try to go into it with as much info as possible. Hugs, God’s got you 💛

Some of the comments here…seriously! Naturally it is 1) distressing if someone says your egg quality is suboptimal and 2) fantastic for those moms out there that can conceive at a later age in life BUT decreasing egg quality with age is not something to ignore, statistically speaking it makes no sense to say ‘if I can conceive with these odds, you can too’. Anyway, a rant to support Rachel and say: fantastic that you explore all of your options, you tackle this situation in both a rational and emotional way which shows a great deal of maturity ❤.

I’m really interested to see what the nutritionist says. Hope you can share in future videos that content. One of the best things anyone can do is to cut the dairy (which is super inflammatory) down. That would help with endometriosis. Dairy has a lot of hormones which messes with our human hormones. High consumption of dairy puts the body in an acidic state and wears things down such as our organs and bones. Incorporate more alkaline foods like oatmeal and fruits for breakfast, salad chickpeas and fruit for lunch, veggie bowl no cheese or sour cream from chipotle for dinner . I also think the beauty products many women use today are messing with our hormones. I think you are very brave to share this personal information with the world. I think your platform does educate and support many women. I’m learning a lot by watching your videos and I appreciate you’re content. You definitely put out great content and I hope you continue to be successful on KZbin❤

I've had GelX for so long and the major pro is that they last a long time so if you're impatient and hate sitting in the chair, you only have to go once every 5 weeks so it ends up less of a time commitment, and fills do cost less so it should only be around ~$60 in the future. You're not supposed to get it done when pregnant though so if that is something that is happening soon then switching to dip powder or something that doesn't involve the UV light is a lot better.

You are clearly the most educated and competent in your own fertility journey, so I apologize if my post is upsetting or overstepping. But if you have not already done so, I would highly recommend looking into endocrine disruptors and do your best to eliminate them all from your lifestyle (including cleaning products, makeup/skin care, fabrics, plastics etc). This may not 'cure' endometriosis but it can't hurt for your overall hormonal system and fertility. Just more information for you to keep making informed decisions.

I am sending you so many prayers! God is truly a miracle worker and I'm believing with you for a positive outcome on your fertility journey! I know others with Endo have shared this before but I wanted to chime in briefly. I agree with the fertility specialist in that removing the endometrioma can cause diminished egg reserve - I've heard this explained to me from my doctors as well. I thing the concerning factor is that endometriomas are highly linked to Endo and sometimes severe endo. What the fertility specialist cannot see, is where the endo lesions are growing and how deep into those organs they are growing. And if you do have endo, those lesions growing in other places can be causing your infertility and in that regard, they would def need to be removed/excised. I got the Laparoscopy Excision surgery done on March 2nd and was formally diagnosed with Endo after years of infertility. I had endo on my bowels, the walls of my stomach, and my rectum. A month after the surgery is when we got our 1st positive pregnancy test. The thing about Endo is that it cannot be seen on MRI's, Ultrasounds, or anything else. Which is why they may see "hints" of it (ie. an endometrioma) and give you a clinical diagnosis or a suspected diagnosis. Surgery is the only way that they can see if you have lesions, how many lesions, where they've grown, and how deep into your organs they've grown. So it is a bit concerning that a fertility specialist who sees Endometriomas (clear hints) tell you that surgery is not recommended. Surgery for a lot of women with Endo is what preserves fertility because they're able to go in and remove as much as possible before it continues to grow so deep into your organs to the point where they can no longer save them. There's a big difference between a fertility specialist and an endo specialist. I see both. I would highly recommend getting a medical opinion from an Endometriosis Specialist. These were all things I wish so badly somone would've told me years ago and I just wanted to share with you. Again, I am praying deeply for you. I can't wait to see the good news of your baby on the way, I know it will happen for you both!!

There is always things you can do to work on that egg quality. Hope you won’t need to retrieve eggs again tho.

Rachel, the reason doesn’t have to be only physical. It can also be on a sub-conscious level… Maybe somewhere within you or around you, the idea of pregnancy has been suppressed or resisted. Maybe unconsciously you carry some sort of fear of being a biological mother to a child. It could also be a generational or ancestral fear that is just showing up now in your life…. Dig deeper within yourself and see if there is any fear or some past thing that needs to resolved around motherhood. So much love, keep the faith and always remember if it’s happening this way, then most likely it is for your best 🙏🏻💖

The fact that she always up to date with materials stuff and not serious world stuff shows how boring she really is and only cares about her life making money out of it only and only period. Thats her only value and focus on. Nothing else. Thats quite boring I thought ure more than that rachel
