Racing a reef that looks like this!

Clean and smooth conditions on a reef that goes both ways (right and left). The rights on this day were clamping down. But the lefts offered sloping joyrides and plenty of room for carving, spins and drop knee practice. It was a great session - but unknown to the other surfers there was a hidden, ticking time bomb in the line up and an accident just waiting to happen..

With everything that's going on in the world right now, there's nothing like getting into some waves and surf to take us away from it all. Self-isolation in some deep barrels is a valid way of social distancing!
I love exploring new waves in new locations and I love bring my viewers along my journey. Sometimes it get's sketchy as some of the waves I surf (shallow reefs, dry reefs, deep ocean slabs) get pretty gnarly. u should of done an aqua snap if no ones around! my friend did one at the pass byron bay deliberatly so it floated down to the crowdered line up! he was pissed of 2 ha! the pass gets a hell current so he did it at the beach which is actually called bullshits(or bullies) next to the point,so he quickly did it there as everyone was at the point and it drifted down haha!
