Bigger picture wise, the same stallion lines again and again ‘creaming off’ the better mares/distaffs is systemically unhealthy ... for that reason I still mourn Roaring Lion: I’ll be @^@ his singular progeny, particularly for performances where the dams offer further out-spread bloodlines.
