Raclette served by Fire & Scrape. First cheese is the traditional Raclette. Second is the sharper Reading cheese (my favorite). The cheese is scraped onto a plate of duck-fat roasted potatoes, sherried mushrooms, prosciutto, and roasted cauliflower. Delicious.
