I'm calling BS on the damage I have the sword upgraded and my stats are buffed to hell and I do not do that much damage to him, so either he's over leveled or using something else.

Stats tbh don't matter that much given the dlc scales with your level. So if your level 120 the bosses are scaled to you being level 120. Same for cap which is like 719. Only thing that matters is build and your scadurtree level
