In India no one use "AYURVEDIC" masala ... They use simple masala which are readily available in home .... Ayurvedic word is catchy so she used it and also for advertising the brand. Moonglet is not even a pancake ... It's a "CHILA" . What she made is different ... It's not Moonglet ... Moonglet bater is not thick ... Whatever 😂😂😂😂the case ... CHILA is not pancake ... Because chila is spicy savory and pancakes are sweet .. .... and both are yummmyyy but NOT SAME ...

I've made it today with minor changes in ingredients. Next time I'll be a bit stingy with the rice flour, since the mash looks juicy at first but when cooked, it hardens pretty quickly. The coconut chutney was phenomenal although I made it with dry Coco flakes soaked in coconut milk. Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe. It genuinely felt like the world is a big big home and we're her children under the same sky while I was going to the Asian market to find all those beautiful spices, realizing mustard seeds do pop and finally sharing it with a friend ..
