hi, another informative video. i watch ALL your videos, but very seldom comment. based on ball dynamics, specs, how do you decide on a layout. THX

Thank you for your support. For review balls I lay them out pretty similar so people can see the differences from ball to ball. For my non-review balls, I use spin time of the undrilled ball if it's asymmetrical to judge how much more or less shape I want. For undrilled symmetricals, most of them are either 4 x 40 (pin up) or 4 x 80 (pin down), which works best with my axis tilt being 17* and my axis rotation being around 30* when rolling it and 70-80* when turning it. I look for versatility in ball motion then let my hand do the rest of the work. One thing I dont like is balls that stand up too early, limits the range for me.
