I ended up spending over S$60 buying steamer, big steam cover, baking trays, weighing machine, all types of flour, all because you make me excited to try out all your recipes. Thanks for sharing your recipe for radish cake. I just tried this but it turned out to be too soft. How do you salvage this. The taste is good but its a bit soft.

Chan 👋 is alright don put shrimp n scallops. Also very nice ,👍add more other ingredients like mushrooms, meat n Chinese sausage n small onions. I.m glad u watching my video. Tqvm♥️🥰

I had been wondering about the different effect of potato starch and wheat starch on the cake's texture. I even tried out making samples of rice flour+ Potato starch mixture and rice floor + wheat starch mixture to see the difference. True to the anticipated results, your video has given me the confirmation that I needed. The "Q "effect is indeed different. Thanks and I enjoy watching your videos
