1. I normally half grate the turnips and cut the other half in strips, when you eat it, you can feel the textures. 2. I wouldn't use lard, it clogs up your arteries. Rapeseed oil or virgin olive oil for cooking would be healthier. 3. The secret of making turnip cakes is the ratio between the turnips and rice flour. 4. If you sprinkle some dried scallops when mixing, it will be even tastier.
An amazing video and instruction for a first time turnip rice cake maker like me. The seasonings was on point. A very flavourful snack. Truly appreciate your effort. Thank you.

Thank you so much , 大廚師,照準份量學足,只不過只有鴨肝腸都超好食了! 讚!❤ the timing however was extended due to home version induction small stove … not strong enough steam. 😅 close to 55 minutes for me. Love the texture and the umami from the liver sausages ❤敬祝chef兔年安康如意,心想事成🎉😊
