What about vice versa? Can a sniper that enters damaged through parachute base restore itself via the camp?

Great question. I've been mulling this over myself actually. I would lean towards no since the restore is still on the sniper but I did say that black market was triggering the restore so not exactly the same as junking the card from your hand. Let me run your question up the chain and see if I can get an answer. Thanks for watching and commenting. I really appreciate it ☺️

The ruling should definitely be that the restore-junk cannot restore the card itself that has that restore-junk icon: because to me that would be a far more direct self-restore than restoring Black Market. The ruling for Incinerator and Science Lab and now Black Market is far less "self"-restore imho. The restore-junk on i.c. Sniper should definitely not be allowed to restore Sniper, curious what they tell you up the chain. This IS a great camp, you're not biased. And the name you picked, is also great and thematic.

Daniel's statement: we regard the thing using the ability as the thing that's doing the restoring. See Science Lab. So the Sniper wouldn't be restoring itself. The Black Market would be restoring it, which is allowed.
