Been waiting for this vid since your insta post. Over here in Germany for 3 months and tossing up between this the 9.0, the Slide Trail 9.0 and the Jab HD MS 9.0 to take back home to QLD. All certainly make a convincing case against the retail model available at home.

mungbean84 Aussie!!!! Great idea crazy they don’t sell them back home but I understand with the size of he box I’m sure customs would not be living it! It really depends on what your riding!? I say if you like DH and don’t mind riding a bit slower up the hill then go for the swoop if your more a Enduro / longer rider like 50 km go for the slide and if you love to jump and park ride the jab would be sweet but saying that the swoop is a good jumper! New video just dropped and the next one is out next week!

@@SamsBikes Yeah watched both this arvo, looking forward to the next one. Was hoping to snap up one of the last of the 2018 27.5 Swoops, but they are all but gone in the 9.0 and 10.0s. Think it will be a Jab or Slide as the big 29er will probably be too much for my normal riding and going from 26 x 100mm travel to 29 x 170mm would be a huge learnedng curve. Though I may just fall for the big girl when I go to the megastore and hopefully test them.

let us know soon your ride impressions! I really like this bike and I'd like buy it for enduro races, i am just a little beet scared by so much travel 170/170... I am afraid the bike can result a bit lazy in the pedaling sections... I'm waiting for nwes!

where are you riding and how are the tracks? it pedals well but out of the saddle really putting the power down you loose some power but thats to be expected in such a big bike... I've just dropped a new video on my first ride.

l0pez83 lucky you I was in finale last summer love that place I think the swoop would love it there. Out of the saddle climbing is a bit crap but it’s a 170mm super Enduro it will love kill bill 2. I was riding my banshee phantom and the phantom was not loving it I need more suspension. Any question just ask next video next week !

l0pez83 the smuggler is the short travel 29er right !? Same as the banshee I love my short travel bike I come from Bmx so don’t need that much but I’m keeping both bikes, the swoop for big days in the mountains and phantom for flow! I think it’s perfect if you can afford two bikes
