Using Gupta for Long Covid, 1 month with the free trial doing the meditations multiple times a day and then decided to pay for it and wow what a difference, within a few weeks I have probably made an 80% recovery. Hopefully only another month or two now to get to 100%. Highly recommend brain retraining for a speedy recovery.

@@kellyahmed8997 Sorry to hear how sick you are. My main symptom is major chronic fatigue. Energy levels are around 2 - 3 out of 10. Mostly bed bound. I can get out of bed but I can't do very much. I did have bad brain fog and a lot of headaches but a medication called Low Dose Naltrexone has helped with that. I do hope you can find a way to recover. I have a long way to go myself. This makes me think about the power of ordinary people, when we unite and work toward a common goal. Medicine is lagging behind need but there are millions of people struggling with these issues. We've taken it upon ourselves to experiment, research, take action, give one another hope, and share what we've learned. Some folks like Raelan and Dr Gupta dedicate their lives and careers to helping others. Power to the people, right on! 👊🏻

Mr. Gupta is really an intelligent visionaire and the program is really good, but he is not a medical doctor but has a MA and a MScC as i know in Economics or related subjects. He didn’t make medical or scientific research but he assembled knowledge and experience to a new concept wich works well. I think the program is worth the money , i try it as a medical doctor who didn’t get help by the fellow doctors and searched further. What i don’t like is that he never mentions his sources, in 20 years he could have made medical studies. His nutrition recommendations are not based on scientific evidence and here and in other chapters he should cooperate with studied experts who know better. That would help him to get better accepted in the medical community. But these are minor critiques. In Germany we say: He who heals is right. I wish you all get better soon. Which programs did you do? And which one/s would you recommend for healing trauma? I‘m asking because I’m currently doing „ANS Rewire“ by Dan Neuffer and it‘s helping me a lot 🙂 - but I more and more realize that I have to do a lot of trauma work and don‘t know which program can help me… I’m bedbound with severe ME/CFS, so I have to look for an online program… Thank you for answering my question! 🙏❤️

@More Lime I’m improving. I did EMDR therapy as well so I agree with you that sometimes more than basic brain retraining is necessary. Gupta agrees with that. I had some improvement with DNRS but it wasn’t near as wholistic as Gupta.

There are at least 25 brain retraining programs that I am aware and then at least another 30 hybrid programs that have brain retraining, vagal toning exercises, somatic experiencing, somatic movement and more. Some programs attempt to deal with trauma and some don't. Some programs offer parts work and some don't. And I know I am missing more programs (with a new one coming out every month it's hard to stay on top of them). I have done Gupta and I think it's a good program. But to claim it's one of the best may be true for you but it wouldn't be accurate to say it's the best period as everyone is different. In my opinion there are more complete programs out there like Primal Trust or Dr Linnea Passaler's Heal Your Nervous System or even Irene Lyons's Smart Body Smart Mind program. Ultimately, you want to do a program that resonates with you and use it as your foundation and add other modalities if necessary.

I'm so happy to see you got Ashok on your channel! Yes yes yes! I'm doing the Gupta program now and finding it very beneficial alongside other tools including trauma/somatic work. It takes a while for it to all sink I'm for me as I joined in June 22 and alot of the content is finally sinking in and I'm making and noticing big changes. So if you're like me you have to persevere but it's so worth it! Do your best and leave the rest is his motto so I've been taking little bitesized bits and taking my time. He has a gentle and compassionate attitude towards the illness and recovery. I'm doing a second webinar series now and it really helps to keep me on track! I really feel the support See you at 5pm Ashok!

I've watched many of these types of videos. My son, 18 years old, started having CFS about 4 months ago. His body would just "give up on him" while he was at work. He couldn't think, speech would slur, feet would get heavy feeling so he could only shuffle around. He started feeling like he may just go unconscious or die. His body would bother him like never before, no energy and he would sometimes have to sleep all day at times while holding my hand because he thought his body was finally giving up. I can't express all the stuff he went through. We had a vacation set to go spend time with family. He spent part of his time in bed all day and couldn't walk a very short distance outside. He got so bad that I spent most of my vacation researching CFS because as a mom it was killing me to see this. I'm going to cut this super short...I remembered that I had successfully tried the Medical Medium for my own brain fog a couple years ago. So I decided to try his protocols before anything else I had found online. My son drinks 16oz of plain celery juice every morning on an empty stomach (In the evening if it irritates his stomach) he started consuming the medical medium heavy metal detox shake and eating more of the health foods he recommends...not perfectly but better than before. Within 2 days he started having days he felt normal again. The only hold back was the days he had emotional issues regarding a girl he liked. After he ended that he was back to feeling recovered again. He did this even though he has been long term suffering with IBS...and it didn't hurt his IBS issues. He also dropped dairy as doctors tests proved that was a true allergy and I didn't want him taxing his body in any way. I told myself that I would put this message out to anyone that it could matter for because it literally was appearing to kill him as well as feeling like I was dieing seeing my son suffer constantly. I did this with the cost of a book and what I could look up online...I could have skipped the book if I needed but I had already had it because of my brain fog issues years ago. People smirk and shake their head when we tell them. Some say, "I can't do that, celery is gross" or " I don't have a juicer so I can't." But it was the smallest investment in money and a very small investment in a drink my son finds tastes like grass, LOL...he enjoys the fruit though. But I think if you felt as bad as my son did you would walk through fire to get your life back and it was not difficult. I found this months in and I know many have this for years. I'm guessing their benefits may take longer but I'm not expert on that either. Just a mom that wanted to stop her kid from feeling that he was dieing. I wish everyone the best out there no matter what you try to do. And by all means the mental part has to be part of the recovering as well. My son will have bad days if he doesn't keep his mind in a good place, it's that easy to slip. Anyway. If this helps even 1 person then it's worth typing this massive comment. LOL. Good luck.

What helps me sleep better? Drinking plenty of water during the day and not after 5pm. Keeping caffine to a minimum and not consuming after midday. No blue light after the sun goes down. Sunshine when I can get it!! Eating a low carb meal 3 - 4 hours before bed time. Stilling my mind for 30 minutes before bed. Stretching/myofascial release of areas where pain once resided. By practising these rituals, my dreams are incredibly lucid and light. I wake up feeling more refreshed and happy and confident to seize the day ahead!

If Ashok Gupta and Raelan Agle are so passionate about helping people recover from this horrible life long illness, why are the treatments and therapies they support, suggest, or create so damn expensive and out of reach for those of us who can't work due to the illness and therefore don't have the funds to partake in these miracle cures? If you can't afford the therapy/treatment then you're out of luck, stay sick and continue suffering? Also, why are all the youtube interviews about people have "fully recovered" and none about people in the process of recovery or any other stage of ME/CFS. I have been afflicted with ME/CFS, Fibromyalgia, POTS, IBS, and Neuropathy for more than 15 years. I meditate, practice restorative yoga, practice mindfulness, pacing, eat an anti inflammatory mostly vegetarian diet, except for the occasional fish and yet I am still just as sick as I was before I started doing all of this 5 years ago. I have had 4 surgeries due to complications with IBS and ME/CFS pain since my initial diagnosis and a multitude of other traditional and none traditional treatments. None of which have improved my health or quality of life. I continue to fight and search for any possible hint of relief from this miserable hell I live in but this youtube channel and it's promotions of hope are devastating to me because none of the tactics that others swear by have worked for me regardless of my perseverance. Am I just that cursed that I will always be sick no matter what I do or are all these testimonials just BS? Please, Tell me the truth! I'm desperate, exhausted and ready to give up. I don't know how much fight I have left.
@HealwithLiz
@HealwithLiz Жыл бұрын
For me, before any of the things worked -- the belief in healing and identity shifts were really helpful and how I spoke about myself. So in 2018 I spoke with 11 people still on the journey (from fully bedbound to neighborhood-bound), when I was at 50% myself and eagerly wanted to make a diet and meditation app for people with CFS (incorrectly thinking diet and supplements were the full way out - I'd crash though doing this bc I didn't factor emotional exertion of this). Never made that app lol. What I found was the people who used terms like fighting, suffering, impossible, they were doing much worse than the people who weren't doing any of the "right" things ie eating perfectly and meditating. Of course, the worse you feel it can feel like your body is an impossible fight. So I'll speak for myself. The identity and belief were key for me to heal. (This is the entire premise of the bestselling book Atomic Habits btw.) I never called myself a spoonie (even though at times I had barely a spoon), I read books about getting out of the fight, and I stopped looking for relief... and worked on generating a sense of acceptance (with the unconfortable situation), then peace, then JOY. It started with ACCEPTANCE. Also, Ashok's program is less than 50% the cost of ONE hour of my former naturopath. Everyone I spoke to said he's a good guy. This is not a miracle cure, it's regulating your nervous system, but it can feel like a miracle when you've been ill for many years (after months of doing the practices). I did a similar one, but I've heard great things about his program. Sending my support! Let go of the doctor labels, let go of the fight, and give yourself some love and trust in your body's innate ability to heal. You are special and the power is within you.
@HealwithLiz
@HealwithLiz Жыл бұрын
PS if interested in the books on releasing the fight and resistance to your own body -- Abraham Hicks Getting into The Vortex and Eckhart Tolle's The Power of Now are a good place to start. The Untethered Soul is another good one though less easy of a read. Atomic Habits also is a good one if you're looking for a simple read on how identity piece with the small changes can make for big results.

I find it really concerning that he mentions a study in this that when I looked it up was 41 people over 8 weeks. That is not proof. The numbers of people are far too small to draw any conclusions and 8 weeks is not very long. Does this transfer to larger numbers of people? What was the setting and were people in the study aware of which group they were in? Do any benefits continue in the long run? I have CFS and I hate that there's so many people making money from us and saying that they are experts when they don't have enough knowledge or understanding. It's great that he healed from this, but that to then say that you have the knowledge to heal others is very naive and dangerous. If he was just telling his story about what helped him then fine. But to be charging so much for a service that is not proven can be so damaging to people who are just desperate for an answer - any answer.

Charging so much????? This is one of the cheapest brain retraining programs. The researchers are not interested to make studies on a large scale that cost millions of dollars for people recoverying with these type of methods because allopathic medicine believes only in drugs and dosages and clear measures. Gupta is probably the first brain retraining program(there were other before as Reverse therapy and Lightning Process but those were delivered 1 on 1 or a small group). Gupta created a program that can be done at your own pace and helped thousand if years in more than 15 years. I fully recovered with a similar program (but different technique on the Rewire..as Gupta is more on visualization and ANS is not) called ANS Rewire. Is probably the cheapest program at 290 dollars. This after I spent over 60 000 dollars on medical bills and we I declared bankruptcy. It took me a year to recover after 3 years with CFS. Was extremely hard to recover. The hardest thing I ever did but is possible. If you want to see my recovery story search on yourube CFS Unravelled episode 10. And remember the people that created brain retraining programs changed their career to do this full time. Of course they deserve to be paid for it.

I just listendd to this really realy smart man say that we came from plants, then to virtibrates, then to us. How can you force thise words out of your mouth? Theres zero evidence for that. The ones who claim there is, begs the question and presumes the entire thing. "Because we exist, and we had a starting point, it had to have been that." Is just intelectually dishonest and lazy. Theres no, i mean NO evidence for this conspiracy theory. More over, if you understand the brain as well as you do. How could you possibly look at nature, which is constantly adhering to the 2nd law of thermodynamics. (Entropy is alwasy increases, remains the same but NEVER decreases). Somehow build, from nothing, somehting as insanely technically astounding as the human brain? Heck the eye alone! In a world where all you winess, ever has witnessed or ever will witness. Is things dying, failing or getting worse. Never better! Heck id settle for just an imortal. One that stays the same age. Never ages. But for it then to build itself completely better. Like reversing the life clock if an entity. Just magic. Wizardry. Hocus pocus. I need a dr wio can see past the "cool stories" theyrve been told, and can think theough these things in order to truly help people. Doc we need peoole like you out here in the world actually healing us! Your fellow man. Please, please look into some of your presuppositions. And regurgitations. It may just be the key to unlock something your having a hrad time figuring out. Because youve been taught foolishness on top of sound science. Im pulling for you. I believe you are a good man wanting to help and do good in this world for people. Idk why , but i get that vibe. Please come over to the side of logos, truth, factually provable. And observable, evidence based medacine..
