The 2nd containing the brain retraining is $99. Their book secret language of the body gives you the tools as well. Worth looking into. I haven't come across anything better in my recovery journey.

Not learning how to deal with stress and trauma in our life will manifest into physical. They should teach this in schools. We are taught to be strong and not express our emotions which only hinders us in the long run. I pray we all can heal! It's encouraged me to get certified in NLP. ❤️

I have written multiple articles that might help you on your journey. Search atheq system and read and research the topics as much as you like. The somatics done here (the vocalizing) has been mentioned by some of my clients in the past. For most (keep in mind they were extremely dysregulated), this was triggering for the nervous system (strong vagus nerve activation in the vocalizing) which was too much for their systems to handle. Doesn't mean it is wrong! The vocalizing can be extremely powerful for some, and help create a parasympathetic response.

A few big ones. now later in life, I go through something similar, and I'm at a core childhood main T weight. Stuck in dysfunction. Stuck in defeat. I need some help. badly. I'm not doing ok. And I am worried about my wellbeing, if I can't bounce back again. Figured id give it a shot and ask for help anywhere I can. I don't trust the help. Part of this is "help" has been an attack most of my life.

I believe it was the L.P also, but the problem with the L.P, is that it doesn't resolve the old patterns, deep wounds or trauma that contributed to the illness, it simply bypasses or suppresses them. It's not as comprehensive as their program. She still needed to do other healing work.

CBT is more about thinking your way through. (Useless for intelligent over thinkers who are stuck in their head thinking while disconnected from feelings and body) Gota release the trapped emotions that get stored in the body - mind, from trauma, in addition to identifying the limiting beliefs about one’s self, that no longer serve their purpose.

Very much is. This only starts to make sense once you gain the awareness. That was the whole point of the exercise where they tell you to visualize getting a text from your boss. 1.) you have to gain the vigilance of being able to scan and feel the different parts of your body and 2.) be aware of how the things within your environment or even the inner talk in your head effects your physiology. Takes time to build this skill.
@deanslife13 ай бұрын
@@Oblisk yeah, do you have an idea why i don't feel anything in the body like regarding the message from the boss or when i did the face exercise i felt the vibration but i didn't feel any different and still in sympahetic state i feel the same when i'm doing yoga or lifting weights at the gym, i can enjoy the experience of going because it's seen as healthy but i dont actually feel anything different and feel the same just as if i was sat at home on my own scrolling

@@deanslife1 from my limited knowledge, my guess would be that you could have a desensitized dopamine system or anhedonia. I had similar “feelings” as I never used to be able to fully be in the moment as I could never just feel what it was I was doing. It was like being on autopilot as my brain would zone out most of the time unless I was doing something that I genuinely enjoyed, but even then, the overall enjoyment from that would be dampened by 50% or even more compared to what I feel now. “You lose it if you don’t use it.” Awareness itself is a skill. You can build that up by doing these visualization practices, meditation, and breathing exercises and slowly becoming more aware of your body. Plus if you are over stimulating your brain with things like social media, video games, p0rn, or any other quick pleasure, stopping or reducing these things will allow more bandwidth for you brain to balance itself out with reality. Don’t beat yourself up if you can’t get it right away. Little steps are better than nothing. Progress is progress. I’m still on my journey and it’s a lot of work. Wish you the best my friend 🙏
