I had a cousin who was in the RAF during WW2 and he was in Bomber command. He was a Radio operator and Rear Gunner in a Blenheim then his squadron was given Boston's. He was a FltSgt in 114 squadron where he joined the RAF in 1940 and was killed in 1944, he is buried in a British War Graves Cemetery. I have a copy of his death certificate, copy of his medals and a patch of his squadron that bears a Cobra. His squadron was formed in India during WW1 then after WW1 114 squadron was based in Hong Kong. I am hunting down not only more information about my cousin but about his squadron. I now know that 114 squadron is about but it's part of the ATC which is unfortunate as I would still would of loved it to be still a frontline RAF squadron, just like 617 squadron the Dambusters are still around today. 💂♂️💂♂️💂♂️💂♂️🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🏴🏴🏴🏴💙💛🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦
