Thandeaai as the name tells -its "taseer" is thandi/cold and its consumed in summer to get rid of Loo and strokes due to heat. And BDAAm and Kajju nuts has gharam/hot taaseer. Nuts are consumed in winters to keep us hot. We Punjabis eat Panjeeri, pinniaan, mungfali, til ghajjak, tilaan da BHUGGA all TASTY things with nuts in Winters. Thandeaai is made of KHAS_KHAS . They hide and suppress all Correct and Great Punjabi Recipes and videos and show ONLY great South Indian, Bangali, Gujrati etc videos of all kind !!
