True.He is a genius. But Sangeetha gnanamu bhakti vina .. should not be forgotten either.I am still a die hard fan of the genius. Vijay Siva has not been given his due. Maybe he does not believe in sycophancy and commercialism.His is divine clean music.The loss is not his.But the sabha's credibility is challenged.That is all.People with half his talent have been awarded.May be there is some different yard stick for awards.

Thanks to Ragamalika and Vijay Siva for developing a presentation on 'Tat' by stringing together various carnatic lyrical occurences to make a garland of 'Tat'! I loved and learnt everything Vijay Siva presented musically and conceptually except one slip of tongue: All 4 maha vakyas are public and available to anyone. He himself discusses one out of four. But, he slipped by saying the 4 maha vakyas are to be said and taught by gurus only and he would go without mentioning! These days, internet, books, and free teachings are gurus.
