Seen Rage 3 times... 1st 1993 in nyc. cypress hill opened for them 2nd 1997 in North Carolina. wu tang clan opened for them 3rd time 2007 in Melbourne Australia. Headlining a massive music festival. For real....first a genuine compliment. Some people I watch for rap, some I watch for rock/metal. #jkbros are hands down the best with BOTH. Little background. Rage was very anti establishment but at that time also very anti republican, specifically Bush. “Rally Round The Family” was Bush’s campaign slogan preaching traditional family values etc. Being republican he also supported the second amendment and was seen by the band as a “War Hawk”. Right or wrongly it me side was always associated with peace, the other with war. Kinda amusing that the Clinton/Obama years followed Bush and there seemed to be a F*kton of bullets still flying😆. Zach isn’t always right, but he’s got the balls to speak what he believes in and I will always respect that. Much love guys. Keep it up!
