When you perform a perfect counter with iai spirit slash you don't lose your gauge. Performing the iai slash allows your gauge to fill automatically for some time. Also you can immediately perform a spirit roundslash after a perfect foresight slash.Hope this helps

Nah it just stops blastblight from triggering on the slime in earlier areas. He probably has the healing augment on the weapon so he gets his health back while attacking in the slime puddles

It's a layered xD. Also longswords don't scale much with element or status, most of longsword's damage comes from raw 😂

you don't need any skills for that, you just need to slap it when it's angry, if you slap it when the monster isn't angry, it will spin around
