There's a bug right now with Adamant Restoration. If you are below 30% health and switch back and forth between your pistol and Las Fusil, it'll ignore the cooldown and just refill. So just stealth, switch back and forth to refill ammo, come out of cloak and continue the killing. I expect this'll be addressed in the large September patch which should theoretically drop the week of the 22nd. Even without this bug, this build is stupid effective in Substantial and Ruthless difficulties. I ran a few Ruthless last night after hitting 25 and not even using the bug this build is stupid effective giving your team overwatch on Majoris and Extremis enemies with room clear. Damn I love this class. Guess I need to get my Bulwark up to snuff now, too.

I think the descriptions of the health returning perks is off right now. I've been experimenting with a very similar build to this and have noticed the same thing, and it's the same on my Vanguard setup with the "1% health" perk. Easily getting 1/4 of my bar back from that thing.

I dont agree on the damage from stealth perk. When I headshot while visible, most majoris go into a executable state. But when shooting from stealth i blow their head off with one shot, so some added damage must be there

3:26 i think part of the insane health regen is an oversight with comtested health, it seems weapons with the capability to do a lot of damage to a lot enemies in a very short amount of time seem to have the ability to heal past the visible contested health. So if you take a small amount of health damage and then fire a melta or the Las into a big crowd you can easily get a full heal. The heal on 3 kills Las perk can add a nice cushion so that you can take a small amount of health dmg so you can get a big heal off contested health. Idk if its an oversight or if it's supposed to be a hidden mechanic but i wouldn't be surprised if the patch that out soon

There’s other perks on other weapons that are always active it seems I don’t have any health perks except on my pistol It’s the 5% health on kill when below 30% and everytime my health drops low I get ammo back and just fire into the mob and get my health pretty much maxed lol So I think other weapons effect your character as a whole aswell I don’t have my sniper perk either that gives health so that just confirms that other weapon perks are also active atleast to me it seems

@@knitetimeteddy2989 it's been confirmed that the melta and las have the same glitch that overheals contested health, it's not whatever perk you have. I've tested it and when I don't have that perk active I still can potentially full heal while

as another comment pointed out, switching the weapons gives you infinite ammu. the way i play as sniper: drop under 30% HP, then you have infinite ammu for the rest of the instance. also use the fast shoting version. so you just non stop shot and you have non stop cloak up all the time. so if a big wave comes up, ou basically can just stand still in perma cloak and w/o any ammu problems. this will be nerfed but its feels good to play w/o ammu issues
