I love your Ombré nail polish and they match the yarn you’re working this beautiful scarf! Did you plan it ?
@BonnieBayCrochet2 жыл бұрын
Thank you Ardella! No, I didn't really plan the match but I do like similar colors! These are Color Street nail strips and are so easy to use (and much cheaper than a manicure). They have been great throughout the pandemic to add some color to these videos.

Bonnie, checked out pattern on Lovecrafts... they have hook listed as 4.0, but labeled "F".
@BonnieBayCrochet2 жыл бұрын
Yes, that's the UK label for a 4.0 hook. In the US a 4.0 is a size G. I definitely used a G but their G is larger (4.5 mm). All this to say use a 4.0 mm hook.

You can find many substitute fingering weight yarns online in some wonderful sales. Here's just a sampling from LoveCrafts: www.lovecrafts.com/en-us/l/yarns/yarns-by-weight/fingering-yarn?ef_id=CjwKCAjw6raYBhB7EiwABge5KoLcP-BM14IkTY-97N2oqTDifnGv0oYP2PSxj8FdZ3ehm5bF9OO_xBoCbBgQAvD_BwE:G:s&gclid=CjwKCAjw6raYBhB7EiwABge5KoLcP-BM14IkTY-97N2oqTDifnGv0oYP2PSxj8FdZ3ehm5bF9OO_xBoCbBgQAvD_BwE

I highly recommend any yarns from Cascade or Berroco yarn companies. Often times yarns are on clearance due to being discontinued and you can get great prices. I just can't design with these because they sell out and my viewers can't find the same yarn should they want this.
