Raheem Morris in the most strategic elegant mannerism told them, "you got me fucked up. I'm not messing up my bread to justify your perspective." I enjoyed the interview, but Raheem is no fool. I think he basically said, but indirectly, "yes there's an issue with owners having bias with hiring head coaches and that needs to be addressed BUT at the same time, we can't act like the guys who did get the jobs are all bad coaches, they worked hard for this too. Respect to all the coaches, but there's an issue with owner biases for sure"

When he said look I am white. There’s nothing else you can say after that. That means he’s not going to ruin his wealth for a black cause. Which he has every right to feel that way. I may disagree but I’m not him. He has to live with his decision. I personally understand why he would take the safest path. Not every black person is built like Malcolm and Martin. That’s why those 2 men are great men. The rest of us are just men.

Yes I Agree If He want another Head Coaching Job he can't really Trully Speak on it...its a Thin Line their "W@tching" meaning the "Owner's" they are Retired he's not!!!... He know they are "Right-&-Correct" he can't be on Record I think he is a "Great Man" and Coach/Leader of Men now on the other Hand as long as the Best Black Qualified Coaches don't Speak directly on the Problem the Issue nothing will Change they are "Afraid" as a Collective they not Sticking together just Happy to have a "Job" No (Unity)!!! its Sad it take Real Ball's to Speak to Power... Power in Number's Strength 💪 "Unified" so its about "Fear" 😱 sometimes You have to be willing to Loose a Battle to In Order to Win the War to make it better for "Everybody"...A Coward Dies a Thousand Death's but a "Real Soldier" Die's but Once #1-Time they are the "Belt" but the "Owner's" have made them "Buckle"...Why? do they keep Bragging on the System that don't Work and is Clearlt Broken right in their Face they have a Broken and Defeated Spirit when it comes to being a "Head Coach" #32-Team's #1-Black Head Coach they keep Hiring the same Recycle Coaches Over and Over they Comfortable with their Own the "League" is 70%- Black that Way Too much Power-Status-Control and Say so for a "Black Man" thats saying You'all are just Worker's not "Real Bosses" nor "Leader's" those position's are "Reserved" You are not "Good Enough" We don't want You at the "Big Table" that Too Close to the Inner Working's. thats Private You are not "Invited" plus We are the "Owner's" and the Only G@me in Town...Boy's I don't see or Expect Change it took #70/#80 Yrs to Draft and Start a Black Quarterback they treat Doug Williams like he Never Won a Super Bowl they don't give him his True just Do-His Rose's 🌹 its not a Big Secret and they don't Hide it the Interview's are completely "F@ke" and a Waste of Time a Shameful "Scam" the same in Big Time College FootBall-&-Basketball but All the "Talent" is "Black" so at Minimum get your $$$-{Money}-$$$ the "Bag" Fk It get your B@g 💰 💰 💰 and take care of your Family 👪 get tour Toy's Invest Smart for yoyr "Future" but get All the money 💰 You can Get ....get something Out the Deal they got it they are "Exceedingly Wealthy" Off your B@ck's Blood Sweat 😓 and Tear's remember the NFL-"Not For Long"...without "Unity" We have Nothing...Peace-Love 💘 and Hair Grease...next Season Right? always Next Season a "Hundred Years of NFL next Season's...Progress😰😌😯...😎😎😎😂😂😂...😯

Big props to coach Morris and McVay, people forget they both started from the bottom of Jon Gruden coaching staff in Tampa to where they are is amazing
