I’m too lazy to try this myself right now but i LOVE that a number of your recipes use psyllium husk (and other ingredients that i already have)! Now i have other ways to consume psyllium husk apart from just chugging it. The pancakes are such an easy go-to breakfast. THANK YOU

Dang it! You figured out my strawberry jam hack. Only I did so because I couldn’t get sugar free strawberry jam. It really does work well. I also make sure my pb2 is sugar free, but for that reason, I mix mine with sugar free maple syrup.

New subscriber here. Thank you for sharing this! I've never used psyllium for jam, so much better than the chia recipe I'd been using! I use defatted peanut flour (basically the same thing) and peanut spread comes out just like yours. I also use flavor drops to sweeten instead of sf syrup, will have to try that too. @@RahulKamat I always used chia sparingly but now I can avoid it altogether! I can't believe I never even thought of using psyllium. So many wasted calories and fat! I noticed that you mainly rely on erythritol, have you tried allulose yet? It doesn't have as many crystallization issues though it can be a bit pricey. I love your channel and your recipes!
