Thanks for watching! Ingredients you’ll need: - 15g (3 Tbs) Dark Cocoa Powder - 15g (3 Tbs) Natural Cocoa Powder - 112g Greek Yogurt - 16g (2.5 Tbs) Powdered Peanut Butter - 15g (1 Tbs) SF Maple Syrup - Pinch of Salt - 10g (1 Tbs) Powdered Erythritol (any sweetener works fine) ** Use more sweetener if you like milk chocolate and prefer a sweeter taste. I like dark chocolate more so I used 1 Tbs of powdered erythritol. ** Use ~1-2g more cocoa and powdered peanut butter for dusting the truffles.

I actually made these yesterday ☺️. I put everything in a big bowl and stirred. No patience for sifting lol. I also just made them into balls using a spoon right away and put them in the freezer. Creamy frozen treat in half an hour. It was good... But I think I need better cocoa or maybe some chocolate protein powder to replace some of the cocoa. It was a tad bitter. Thanks for the recipe!
@RahulKamat2 жыл бұрын
I like it a bit bitter bc I love dark choc, maybe adding more sweetener would help. Thanks for trying it out!

Think we need a peanut powder series of low calorie treats. Maybe a SF maple syrup series too please 🙏 I've a bottle and only needed a tiny bit for a recipe but now am looking for more low calorie ways to use it up. When you buy those bottles they're so big and there's so juch leftover. I'm hoping to make some low calorie things to swap out the unhealthy ones at my mum's house to help them eat better. 😊
@RahulKamat Жыл бұрын
I got plenty of recipes that use those ingredients and plenty more on the way!

@Rahul Kamat is there a sugar free maple syrup playlist? Or PB Powder playlist? I cant seem to find which is best. Sorry I'm still catching up with your videos as a new subscriber. I'm just trying to find low calorie healthy treats to make for my mum and brother 😊🤞

@therecentlyundeceased2 жыл бұрын
@@RahulKamat Just erythritol, added to egg whites and whipped. Add cocoa powder for chocolate macaroons. Each one has approximately 1kCal. Might need cream of tartar or a few drops of lemon juice to whip the egg whites. Egg whites: 60g (38kCal) Erythritol: 30g Cocoa powder: 8g (10kCal), 1tbsp Vanilla flavor or extract: A few drops I got 48 cookies. Bake at 94°C or 200°F for 1 hour.

Wow healthy peanut butter balls…. My recipe calls for butter, powdered sugar, peanut butter, and chocolate. It’s about 1000 calories for the same amount. I think I’m going to do all peanut butter ones though. 112 grams is equivalent to 1/2 cup Greek yogurt for those reading this. Looking at the recipe it’s about 3/4- 1 cup of filling healthy desert. I’m so on it. Bro, your my hero!

@RahulKamat2 жыл бұрын
Don’t buy them or have them in the house
@ezioauditore19552 жыл бұрын
Agreed, but if you do end up buying crisps/chips, buy the lower calorie end but most importantly buy the ones you’re not particularly fond of. You’re less likely to binge on the chips/crisps that are like a 5/10 to you when compared to your go-to ones - but it’ll still satisfy that salty crunchy potato craving. For example, walkers/lays are one of my favourites but I don’t like Skips as much, so that’s the one im better off buying to avoid overeating them. (Top tip, the baked ones are usually lower but do a search of the lowest calorie crisps in your country).
