The trick for the individual sword and stomp attacks is to use defensive offensive. Gives you i-frames so you take no damage if you time it right, while also letting getting a little damage in.

@@minusone7529 i play on keyboard just in case, so what you do is press Z in the direction you want to go in. say i wanted to dodge to the left, i press A to move to the left but press Z at the same time. its like parrying, also i changed the keybind from Z to E so its easier to reach. lastly you should have it equipped. u can tell if its equipped if theres a blue box saying "equip" and if you hover over something, it should say "equipped"
