@Iwhbyd I am from India bro. The massive publicity of steroids has spoiled our traditional methods. Our traditional methods include - 100% Natural Food - 0% supplements - No gym as fresh air helps cells grow. - Practically 0% synthetic food or packaged food - 100 % home-cooked meal - More focus on Cardio and organ health - to extend exercise from the concept of mere flexing muscles to rather Strength, Endurance, Agility, etc. - No pre-workout to mess up with heart rate. Rather the biological clock assists Adrenaline. - I CAN GO ON.

Moreover, an open environment means more fresh air. And higher the oxygen the better the regeneration of cells and prolonged workout. We had and even now we do have traditional places to exercise but they are not called GYM but called AKHADA. But more people are going to the gym these days.
